The registration fee includes registration materials, conference proceedings, lunches, dinners, refreshments, the special conference dinner and free entry to a few traditional cultural programmes of Kerala and an exciting sightseeing boat trip to the Backwaters of Kerala. The city of Kottayam has a large number of excellent hotels. Kottayam city is famous for lakes, latex and letters. There are a large number of tourist spots in Kottayam District. The conference will be held at Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam, Kerala.

For the invited speakers we offer the following:

› Lunches, dinners with drinks and refreshments for three days

› Special conference banquet with drinks at the world famous Kumarakom Resort

› Entry to the traditional cultural programmes of Kerala

› Exciting sight seeing boat trip to the Backwaters of Kerala

Please note that if you have an intention to attend the conference (even if you are not sure about the final decision or cancel your trip later), please fill-up the first form (i.e., the information for Indian External Affairs Ministry) and send it by e-mail (or by fax, or by post) to the Convener, at the very earliest. As per the rules of Government of India, these details must be furnished to the External Affairs Ministry well in advance. This is independent of the registration.
